Inventor of the Mack straps for paraplegic safe tandems(Adaptive skydiving Manual) used all over the world. Asked in ’91 to try out for the Canadian
8 way and made it. ’94 try out for the 4way Canadian team amongst,
4 others in Canada asked and made the team, Team Shred Canadian
4 way team held the Canadian points in time record 18 in time (40 sec)
from 1997 to 2005 almost 10 years.
Other competitions 1989
’90 took First place in Provincial 4 way Championships, 1988
place 2nd in Para-ski BC competition at Forbidden Plateau. I
devloped the "Mack
Straps" along with Gay Butchard of the Ultimate high Parachute
Centre. 1991 Victoria was home for the Canadian Wheelchair Tennis
Championships. 4 Athiletes came out to skydive. So being a
rigger and Gary B, too we worked on the starp configuration with improvising
Duck tape. I then took the idea and made it to the today "Mack
Straps". Adaptive Skydiving
Out of material and velcro with a handle for the passenger to lift up
thier legs on landing safe for the Tandem Master and passeneger. I
have done 1,854 Tandems and over 300 of those were disabled (Adaptive)
passengers rangeing from para to quads to MS, MD to disabled

Demo Jumps. Abbotsford international air show 2 years,
one year doing a live on air tandem for CFOX radio with their DJ doing live on air radio show live FM transmitter, 1988
– 2002 Oakbay tea party air show Victoria. Opening,
for Mission Impossible II, movie, Parachute on to the top of
Silver City Theatre. Pie-plate, fund raiser for local school fund raising, jump into Buccaneer, Days Victoria, 1999-2002.
